Z toho d\u016fvodu vznikl dvousektorov\u00fd bankovn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd funguje nejen v \u010cR, ale tak\u00e9 v cel\u00e9 Evropsk\u00e9 Unii. V tomto typu syst\u00e9mu jsou banky rozd\u011bleny na jednu centr\u00e1ln\u00ed a ostatn\u00ed komer\u010dn\u00ed. Ta n\u00e1sledn\u011b ud\u00e1v\u00e1, kolik pen\u011bz m\u016f\u017eou banky na p\u016fj\u010dk\u00e1ch vydat, jak\u00e9 jsou \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby. D\u00e1le m\u00e1 na starost m\u011bnovou a fisk\u00e1ln\u00ed politiku. V r\u00e1mci bez\u00fa\u010delov\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k se nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed popularit\u011b t\u011b\u0161\u00ed americk\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka, kter\u00e1 je obl\u00edben\u00e1 hlavn\u011b z d\u016fvodu minim\u00e1ln\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f. Nevy\u017eaduj\u00ed ru\u010den\u00ed nemovitostmi ani v\u00fdpis z registru dlu\u017en\u00edk\u016f. Jedin\u00e9, na \u010dem spole\u010dnosti z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed je, zda bude p\u016fj\u010dka splacena \u010di nikoliv.
